Bookings and Cancellations


Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

As a sole trader my income is solely derived from performing treatments which are usually booked in hourly increments. Any no show on a booking means the loss of income for that allotted time-slot. It is for this reason I am required to introduce a booking fee of $75.

The booking fee locks in your appointment for the time slot you have selected. The booking fee will be deducted off the total cost of the cost of treatment provided in that session. The booking fee is not refundable and non transferable.

I understand that things do come up from time to time that might require you to change your schedule. However, I require 48 hours notice to change your booking. This will give me the opportunity to reallocate your booking to another client. Cancellations or no shows after the 48 hour notice period will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

It is advisable to arrive at the clinic at least five minutes before your booking time to ensure you are properly checked in and ready to receive your full treatment. I will not rush any treatment so if you are late this may impact on my ability to provide your full treatment within your booking period. Tea and coffee facilities are available so please come early and make yourself comfortable.

Cancellations + T&C

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of your booked service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you.

Failure to arrive for your booked appointment will result in the same cancellation fee being charged.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived or applied to future services. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


As the treatments that I provide will offer different outcomes for each individual, It is important that you hold realistic expectations on the results that can be achieved.

Refunds will not be offered where expectations are not met or where there is an adverse reaction to the treatments as this is an inherent risk of the treatment. However, in any instance where you are not happy with the outcome or experience and adverse reaction, I urge you to contact me immediately to discuss any remedial action required.
